Pink Taco not only serves up the food that keeps you coming back, it’s the atmosphere and friendly servers. This folk-art bedecked hotspot is adorned with classic low-rider bicycles, unique tables and an assortment of authentic Mexican craftwork. The music is loud and the food is killer. Tip: Make a trip for Taco Tuesdays where you can have all-you-can-eat tacos for $19.99. Count us in.
Taco Y Taco Mexican Eatery
Their ordering system may be a little confusing at first but the food it worth it. Depending on what you want to order, you’ll stand in one of four lines, although you won’t wait long for your dishes to arrive. You can choose from tacos, burritos, bowls and a list of specialties all made-to-order. Tip: Arrive early so you can scout the menu and get the hang of ordering.
El Dorado Cantina
Dinner and entertainment are in close proximity at El Dorado Cantina. The health-conscious cantina shares real estate with Sapphire Gentlemen’s Club next door. Not only is its location unique, the food is too. El Dorado puts health first serving non-GMO meat and organic vegetables and fish. Tip: When you’re craving that 2 a.m. taco, remember this cantina is open 24 hours.
Taqueria El Buen Pastor
This popular food truck has locations in Henderson and Downtown Las Vegas, on Fremont Street. Serving authentic Mexican, the place has even showed up on The Zimmern List, starring Andrew Zimmern. This traditional taco stand serves 100 perfect original tacos from Guadalajara, Mexico. The place is affordable and fantastic. Tip: Try the Al Pastor.
This place is called bomb tacos for a reason. The tacos are street sized and jam packed with ingredients full of flavor. You can find traditional meat favorites like the Carne Asada or Al Pastor or you can opt for their veggie tacos like the fried cauliflower, mushroom or crispy potato. Tip: Make sure you order more than one of these tacos. Trust us, you’ll eat at least three.
