We’re approaching the end of an era as The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas begins its transformation to Virgin Hotels Las Vegas on February 3, 2020. With this in mind, we wanted to share some ways to party like a rock star at the resort that started it all.
Where to Eat Like a Rock Star
You’ll want to make a stop at Pink Taco and Mr. Lucky’s. Both restaurants are original to the Hard Rock Las Vegas.
Pink Taco opened in 1999 and quickly became known as the must-try hipster Mexican cantina.
The classic Pink Tacos are made with fresh corn tortillas and black beans topped with chicken, salsa roja, picked onions and avocado. It’s not only the food that has kept everyone coming back for more than two decades, it’s the atmosphere. This hotspot is adorned with classic low-rider bicycles, unique tables and authentic Mexican craftwork. Plus, Pink Taco’s happy hour Monday-Friday from 4-6 pm at the bar is legendary.
Open all day, every day, Mr. Lucky’s is the iconic 24 hour diner inside Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas. The hardwood floors and walls filled with music memories are just the beginning of the experience. The colossal burgers, breakfasts, spiked milkshakes and home-style service have inspired more than a few good lyrics — if only these walls could talk. Better yet, come in and take a seat at Mr. Lucky’s yourself and be at the heart of the action while enjoying a memorable bite.
Where to Spot the Rock Stars
You never know who you might bump into walking around our casino floor (we’ve been known to attract a few thousand celebrity guests over the years), but you can definitely see their memorabilia. Now through December 31, 2019, view over 250 pieces of artist instruments, concert and music video costumes, guitars and personal items from scores of artists and bands as part of the Hard Rock’s Farewell Tour Memorabilia Exhibit. See pieces from the Beatles, Nirvana, The Who, Britney Spears, Beyoncé and more. The Exhibit is located off the Paradise Road entrance, just before Pink Taco, and admission is free!
Where to Rest Your Head Like a Rock Star
Not only does the Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas offer amazing hotel suites fit for a rock star, the hotel also has some crazy good hotel room offers available now. The rooms are great, but if you want to party like a rock star you need to check out their suites.
